Once an order is placed, there is a 0-48 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! We ship out Monday through Saturday.

To place a custom order, click the dropdown arrow under "Shop" then "Custom Orders." From there, follow the prompts and you will be on your way to create your custom order. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take up to 14 days to process.

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Our wax is made of all natural, 100% organic soy. This premium wax allows us to use a high concentration of fragrance load in our products. There is a clear differentiation between our organic products and those found in large retail stores.

Our premium wax allows for an excellent long lasting experience. Our process insures the candles will smell just as pleasant on the last burn as it did on the first burn. Our 16 oz candles last approximately 50-60 hours, and our 8 oz candles last 25-30 hours. Maintaining a quarter-inch wick provides a longer-lasting experience.

The duration of wax melts are a bit more difficult to estimate as there is a variance in temperature from different style warmers. We have found the first 4-8 hours to be very strong. Then, the product reaches a consistent level for the next 24-48 hours, depending on the size of space (e.g., office, bedroom, living room).

Pro tip: Light your candle two hours in advance and/or use a wax melt one hour in advance to create an adventurous atmosphere.

No, our products are made with non-toxic fragrance oils.

We use a high fragrance load (8-10%) so that our customers get the best scent throw out of our candles and wax melts. The premium soy wax we use allows for a high fragrance capacity in our products.
